Warranty conditions for PC Builds 

What the 2 Year Warranty covers

 

We provide a 24-Month Parts and Labour Guarantee.  This means we will repair or replace any faulty components in the first 2 years.  The first 12 Months Return Postage costs are included.

 

Whilst we will attempt to diagnose any fault remotely initially, RTB costs over 12 months are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please note: After the initial 6 months, and for specific components we may need to use the Manufacturer's warranty service and this may delay a repair.  You will be notified if this is the case.

The Warranty is not Transferable

Warranty Exclusions 

Customers adding or upgrading components does not necessarily void the warranty, but any issues due to those upgrades would not be covered in the 24-month warranty.

 

Accidental or intentional damage is not covered by the warranty.  Any damage as a result of poor packaging when returning is not covered.  We recommend that the original packaging is retained for the period of the warranty.

Returning an item for Warranty/RMA 

Please arrange with us beforehand to obtain an RMA 

 

Please package the return securely, any damage due to improper packaging with void the warranty.  Please write the RMA number on a piece of paper and include in the package.  Any data on products is returned at the user's own risk.  We may need to wipe any data and do not provide a backup service.

 

Please report any specific faults or damage with accompanying photographic evidence.

 

In certain situations, we may choose to RMA a specific part instead of the whole order.  Please only return that item with the correct RMA number visible.
