1. What factors should I consider when choosing a PC case? 
  • Motherboard size: Make sure it fits ATX, Micro‑ATX, Mini‑ITX, etc. 
  • Cooling options: Look for airflow-friendly features (vented fronts, mesh panels, fan/radiator support). 
  • Component clearance: Check GPU length, CPU cooler height and PSU fit. 
  • Extras: See if it supports dust filters, cable management space, front‑panel USB, tempered glass, or vertical GPU mounts. 
2. How long will it take to receive my prebuilt gaming PCs? 

We aim to ship your prebuilt gaming PCs as quickly as possible. Orders placed within the UK are usually dispatched the next business day, with full tracking details provided. We also offer a next-day delivery option for mainland UK to ensure you get your order fast.

3. What’s the difference between a custom-built and a pre-built gaming PC? 

Custom-built gaming PCs let you hand-pick every component—CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, cooling, and case-while relying on expert assembly and testing from our in-house team.  

 

Pre-built gaming PCs arrive instantly ready. They're fully assembled, thoroughly tested, and optimized for performance—ideal if you want to start gaming now, no hands-on work needed. 

4. What component should I choose first when configuring a gaming PC?

Start with the CPU, as it determines which motherboard, RAM type, and cooling you’ll need—key for shaping the rest of your build reliably.

5. My parcel arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your parcel arrives damaged, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. First, inspect the package upon delivery and try to take photos of any visible damage. If there’s an issue, contact us right away and send us the images so we can assess the situation. Depending on the damage, we’ll advise whether you should accept the parcel or refuse it so we can handle a return or replacement for you.

6. What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day cancellation window on all orders. If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 calendar days. After cancellation, you’ll have 14 days to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the product must be sent back in its original condition. 7. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Klarna. Klarna gives you flexible options to split your payment into three instalments or pay later, making it easier to budget for your build.

8. What happens if a gaming PCs  is out of stock or pre-order?

If a gaming PCs is out of stock or listed for pre-order, don’t worry—we’ll keep you informed. We’ll contact you if there’s any unexpected delay or issue with availability, and if needed, we’ll issue a full refund. You won’t be left guessing—we always aim to keep communication clear and transparent.

9. Do you offer custom gaming PCs modifications or bespoke builds?

Yes, we provide custom modifications and bespoke gaming PCs builds. Whether you need specific design changes or tailored configurations, contact us with your requirements—we’re happy to help you create a case that fits your vision.

10. Are your cases compatible with standard components

Yes, absolutely! Our cases are designed with standard components in mind. Most support ATX, Micro-ATX, or Mini-ITX motherboards and are compatible with a range of GPUs, coolers, and power supplies. Always check the product specifications for details like GPU length, PSU clearance, and CPU cooler height to ensure a perfect fit for your build.

11. What does your warranty cover? 

We offer a 24-month warranty on all gaming PC builds, covering both parts and labour. During the first 12 months, we even cover the cost of return postage if there's a fault. After the first year, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage or poor packaging during returns—so be sure to keep your original packaging just in case you need to send something back.

12. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime within 30 days if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it within 14 days after cancellation. If you’d like to make a change or update to your order, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to help before it ships out.

13. Can I track my order? 

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with full tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real-time. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure smooth delivery across the UK.

14. What happens if delivery is delayed due to issues on your end?

We always strive to ship quickly and reliably, but if a delay occurs due to an internal issue, we’ll be upfront about it and keep you informed every step of the way. While we aren’t liable for delays caused by courier services or factors outside our control, we’re always here to help resolve issues and make things right wherever we can.
