WHAT WARRANTY COMES WITH MY SYSTEM?

Standard 2-Year Warranty 


Full Labour and Parts Coverage: Enjoy complete protection with no additional costs for repairs, parts, and diagnosis for the entire 2-year period.
Problem free returns: If your item develops a fault within the first 1 YEAR we've got you covered with a prepaid return label—no costs, no stress, and no hassle for you. Simply send it back or contact us to arrange the return.

Lifetime Technical Support: Beyond the 2-year parts warranty, we continue to support you. If an issue arises beyond the warranty period, our team will make every effort to help diagnose the problem and suggest potential solutions, including component upgrades where applicable.


Please note: Our 2-year warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.


WHAT WARRANTY COMES WITH MY PRODUCT?

For individual components, the first year of the warranty is managed by us, allowing you to benefit from our full Labour and Parts Coverage, as well as our Hassle-Free Returns. This includes a prepaid return label should your item develop a fault within the first ONE YEAR.
Any remaining warranty is covered by the manufacturer. 

Please be aware that in such cases, the item will need to be sent to the supplier.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

Accidental Damage
General wear and tear, misuse, or neglect caused by the buyer
Damage or issues caused by any 3rd party organisation or individual
Damage caused due to insufficient packaging during warranty return
Incorrectly installed goods
Parts or components not purchased from PCGC
Setting up, or installation of goods
Overheating issues caused by excessive dirt or build-up of dust
Loss of data (or backing up of data)
Installation of 3rd party software or a software fault

ITEMS BEING RETURNED (UNWANTED)
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to initiate a return for unwanted items. While return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, our team will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number, which remains valid for an additional 14 days.
If you experience any issues or delays that prevent you from completing the return within this timeframe, please reach out to us.


Packaging:

Pack the item in its original box with all accessories included.
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If an item is damaged due to improper packaging, it may either be returned to the buyer or result in a deduction from the refund based on the diminished value of the goods.
The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outer packaging or noted down within the contents of the returned package. Items returned without an RMA number will not be rejected but may face delays during the booking in process.
Only return items specified in the RMA.

Condition:

Returned items must be in good condition, with the original packaging and all accessories included. Any damage or excessive wear to the item or packaging beyond what is necessary for initial functionality testing may result in a refund deduction based on the reduced value of the goods.


Packaging:

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. For example, if it goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop. We will deduct this amount from the value of the refund.

Please ensure that you only return items specified in your RMA. Items not purchased from us will not be tested unless you have prior agreement with a member of our Technical Team.

Condition:

Items returned for a refund must be in good condition and include the original packaging along with all accessories. Please note that items sent for repair may be rejected if they show signs of damage misuse or neglect. Ensuring your items are clean and properly packaged will help facilitate a smoother return process.
Please note that all returned faulty items will be thoroughly tested by our technicians. Refunds will only be issued once the fault has been confirmed. If no fault is found and the item falls outside the 14-day return window for unwanted goods, our Repairs team will contact you to arrange redelivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY


If you wish to cancel any of the products on your order and return them for a refund, you have up to a total of 30 days to contact us after the final receipt of your order if the product is in brand new condition, or 14 days if the product has been opened.

You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel your order. This can be done via our help & support section.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation in the condition which it was reported and agreed. We will reimburse you within 30 days of receipt of the goods using the same means of payment as you used when placing the order.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided all return conditions outlined above have been met.

DATA RECOVERY

We do not offer a data recovery service. Customers are advised to back up data regularly. 

FINALLY

Lifetime Tech Support: Beyond the 2-year parts warranty, we will continue to support you. If an issue arises beyond the warranty period,PCGC will make every effort to help diagnose the problem and suggest potential solutions.

You are legally entitled to cancel your contract within 30 calendar days without providing a reason.

The goods must be received back to us within 14 days of your cancellation. You will be required to bear the cost of returning the goods.
